In July 2023 a new Commercial Court will start its operations considering disputes exceeding 2 million euro. During this session a comparison of Cyprus Commercial Court with similar establishments in England and Ireland will be presented as well as the detailed information on a newly created structure of two courts. The Admiralty Court will cover shipping industry disputes as well as all subject related to aviation including mortgages, finance, leasing, M&A related issues. The details on practical implementations of changes in shipping and aviation laws will be included into the presentations and the panel discussion.
