Yury Zachek graduated from Law Department of the St. Petersburg State University and also from Erickson Coaching International. He is a professional certified coach of ICF -International Coach Federation.

For seventeen years Yury worked in legal consulting and was a top manager in major international companies. He started his career at Ernst & Young and later moved to DLA Piper. In 2006-2011 he was the Partner leading the Deloitte legal practice in St. Petersburg, Russia. He also served as the Automotive Industry Practice Leader for Deloitte CIS. In 2011-2017 he was the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Accenture, responsible for Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS and managed a team of lawyers in 14 countries.

Yury works with executives and teams as a business trainer and a coach (PCC ICF). Main areas of specialisation are: executive coaching, career coaching, life coaching for lawyers, top managers and business owners.

Yury is an author and facilitator of trainings and seminars. Throughout his career, he has conducted dozens of trainings in the areas of legal aspects of investment projects, mergers and acquisitions, presentation skills, sales and client relations, leadership, team management and mentorship. Now his focus lies in the areas of strategic planning of life and business, the psychology of selling, emotional intelligence, stress management and personal development.

Yury was a guest lecturer and a contributor to Emotional Intelligence course in ITMO University, the leading IT college in Russia.

He is an author of the book "#UPshifting. Step by step guide to changing your life if you've lost yourself in the routine".
