    Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is a Certified Risk Management Specialist on Russia Sanctions (CRMS-RS).

    She is a lawyer, Founder/Managing Partner of CONSTANTINOU PANAYIOTOU & CO LLC (GCP LAW), established in 2006. She is an elected Board Member of the Cyprus Bar Association, appointed as the Spokesperson.

    Additionally, Ms. Constantinou-Panayiotou is a Member of the Advisory Board of the European Lawyers Foundation, the President of the Committee of Young Lawyers and the Supervisor of the Committee for Companies and Tax Planning of the Cyprus Bar Association, as well as a member of the Committee of Foreign Investments of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB).

    Ms. Constantinou-Panayiotou is a leader in the legal industry with twenty years of experience mainly in Contract law, Company law, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Private law, Commercial law, Trust law, AML compliance, secured corporate financing and restructuring, representing high net-worth individuals and prominent organisations on cross-border business projects . She was the Instructor of Commercial Law and Trust Law at the European University Cyprus (2011-2015). She is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (since 2015) and the co-founder and investor in start-ups in the fields of digital technology, marketing and communication, in Cyprus and Greece.

    Ms. Constantinou-Panayiotou holds a Law degree from the National & Kapodistrian University in Athens and a Masters degree (LL.M.) in European (Commercial) Law from the University of Leicester. In 2001, she completed two accredited courses on "International Relations/World Politics" and "War Crimes, Genocides and Justice" (Harvard University/DCE-2001).
