Elena has worked in civil aviation for over 20 years in senior positions, gaining valuable experience in team management and the ability to solve complex managerial tasks.

One of Elena's significant achievements was opening a new air route, obtaining permits and developing flight plans for the Norwegian airline Arctic Air. Frequent business trips to Norway, Sweden, and Finland, negotiations with airlines, and sharing experiences with international colleagues were part of her professional growth, which gave her a constant impetus to move forward, achieve goals and get the necessary results.

With her extensive experience and refined skills from her civil aviation career, Elena made a significant career transition in 2018. She shifted her focus to the fashion industry, where she explored the realms of design and women's clothing development, ultimately leading to the establishment of her own store.

She devotes time to visiting thematic exhibitions such as White Milano, Who is Next, and others each season. She also knows Italian manufacturers and creative masters by visiting their factories and showrooms. In 2023, she launched her clothing line Taleta collection.

Elena Lukshevich, as a founder of Taleta Boutique, collaborates with independent Italian designers who have a creative vision of fashion, allowing them to create comfortable, authentic, and, at the same time, chic women's clothing made with love from natural fabrics.
