Marina Kharchenko, Founder of M. Kharchenko & Co LLC, is a registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations, as well as Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) and a Master in Law (LLM).

In addition to her legal expertise, Mrs. Kharchenko is also a licensed and registered mediator, conciliator, and arbitrator. With fluency in four languages, Mrs. Kharchenko has held various senior corporate and legal roles in the past, both within Europe and the Middle East, gaining extensive experience in working with a diverse range of clients.
