Alena is the founder of the Future of Wellness Group, well-being researcher and wellness advocate. Her extensive career encompasses business management, communications, marketing services, and event organising, alongside her contributions to architecture and design.

Initially, Alena's journey began in a corporate environment, where she focused on architecture and urban development. Over time, she developed a passion for ancient spiritual practices, which led her to establish her own management company and pursue projects aligned with her values. Her international education and relocations to Australia and the United States prompted a significant career shift, inspiring her to launch White Label Wellness Events. This began with the "Yoga and Science" conference in New York in 2017.

Driven by a mission to support well-being values, Alena now focuses on collaboration and well-being program facilitation. Under the Future of Wellness Group, she has launched five well-being-oriented initiatives aimed at helping individuals, communities, and businesses thrive in challenging environments. These initiatives include the Future of Wellness Conference, Ether Agency (business retreats), Yoga Schools in Cyprus, "the blue." Wellbeing Centre, and marketing and media services.

Currently based in Cyprus, Alena blends her experience to provide unique access to knowledge and practices that empower social entrepreneurs. Her work focuses on building bridges between industries and cultures, fostering a global community dedicated to well-being and personal growth.
