Vladimir Zrazhewski was born in 1971 in Moscow. In 1993, he graduated from the Moscow State University with a degree in Economics; currently has a PhD in Economics.

Dr. Zrazhewski has 20 years of banking experience, including executive positions at the Russian Central Bank, JSCB Neftekhimbank, CB LOCO-Bank, CB Expobank and JSC M2M Private Bank.

Since September 2011, has been an employee of RCB Bank Ltd, overseeing a number of business functions.
Dr. Zrazhewski authored a number of books and contributed articles on various banking issues to business and professional periodicals.
