Vicky Xitas is the Business Development Director of the Cyfield Group since 2006. She holds an MBA from the City University Business School (CASS) in London, and has many years management experience in a number of industries.

Following her studies she worked at her family's industry as Export Manager and after a few years she moved to the airline industry, where she worked in the commercial department of Cyprus Airways and then as Executive Assistant to the CEO. During her time in the airline industry she won a Fulbright Scholarship where she trained with airlines in the USA and graduated the Air Transport course with Airbus in France. She then moved to Helios Airways as Commercial Manager.

In 2006 she was recruited by the Cyfield Group as Business Development Director. She has gained a hands-on experience and knowledge of many aspects of the business and construction industry which, coupled with her previous experience in other international industries is key for the promotion of the Group and sales to international clients.
