She specializes in support for the establishment of holding structures with a foreign element, M&A, establishment of trusts and funds, legal due diligence and asset protection. In particular, Angelina provided comprehensive legal support to obtain financial, banking licenses, Forex licenses for major international players on the financial market in the territory of the Russian Federation, Republic of Cyprus, New Zealand, Great Britain, Republic of Vanuatu, British Virgin Islands, Labuan, Estonia, Luxembourg, etc.
Angelina is also an expert in the field of international arbitration. Her experience includes a high-profile case involving the defense of athletes at the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) in Lausanne in connection with prosecution for doping. She has represented clients at the International Arbitration Court of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in the USA on expropriation cases involving unlawful domain name possession.
Before she became a co-founder and managing partner at Lawitt Hamilton, Angelina was a legal advisor to the president and primary shareholder of the Alpari Group of Companies.
